From audacious looks to key performances, The Brit Awards 2023 was a night to remember, honouring the best in British music and showcasing the incredible talent of the industry.
One of the key moments of the night was the opening performance by Harry Styles, wowing the audience with a powerful rendition of his hit, “As It Was,” and was later awarded a whopping four awards including Album of the Year. Stormzy, Lizzo, Lewis Capaldi, Wet Leg, Sam Smith, and Kim Petras were just a few of the outstanding performers who took the stage for the evening, which was hosted by Mo Gilligan.
After no women were nominated for the best artist category at this year’s Brit Awards, there was a great deal of discussion online about the nominations. Stormzy, Central Cee, Fred Again, George Ezra, and category winner Harry Styles were the only five men nominated for the award.
In the international categories, Beyonce was named International Artist of the Year, while David Guetta’s performance with Becky Hill, Ella Henderson and Sam Ryder was a perfect way to end the show.
