Skepta today took to his Instagram Stories to tease us with new music and Nike trainers. Back in January an orange and black pair were released as part of his Nike Air Max Tailwind V collection.

The trainers have an electric blue print with hints of purple, outlined by black exoskeleton wraps. The renowned Nike tick is in silver which matches a silver heel clip. The Boy Better Know star seems to have an eye for colour as is evident in his collections.

This will mark Skepta’s fifth official partnership with Nike since 2017 when he released the Air Max 97 Ultra, followed by Air Max 97 BW in 2018, and Shox TL in 2019. Although the release date is still unknown, we’re hoping to style these up by Spring or Summer.

Skepta recently has also taken to his Stories to announce that any music we hear from him now has been pre-recorded in 2020 and he won’t be releasing anything new this year. Hopefully this isn’t his subtle hint at suggesting retirement from the rap game just yet.
