Daring to try something new, J’s is preparing to release its first slip-on clog shoe, launching the brand into a new market.

It’s no secret that Crocs reigns supreme in the clog revolution but Jordan model’s rubber outer shell is a cross between a clog and a sneaker. This is in addition to the clog’s overarching design, which includes air holes and an ankle strap on top of Jordan Brand’s standard athletic sole.

Nike has offered fans a first peek at the forthcoming model, which has yet to be given an official name. The pair’s external rubber shell is dressed in cream and features ventilation holes on the toe boxes and perforated elements on the collars. A slit runs the length of the heels for even extra ventilation. In addition, the slip-on shoes have a removable neoprene bootie with an elephant print that gives them a distinct look and feel.

The footwear style is completed by the trademark Jumpman logo on the back of the shoe. Its season-to-season appeal comes from the replaceable sock, while the clog alone exudes a warm, clean appearance.

The clog from Jordan Brand has yet to be given an official release date or price. While we wait for additional information, stay tuned.
