Over the weekend AJ won against Kubrat Pulev during the ninth round of the fight at Webley’s SSE Arena. The British boxer walked out to “Seven Nation Army” by The White Stripes, and due Corona virus only 1,000 fans were allowed to witness the right-hand hook that secured Joshua’s win.

In his post-victory interview, AJ said, ‘I hope everyone was satisfied tonight. For me, I stuck to what I know best, boxing. You ask the crowd what they want to see. […] whoever has the belts I want to compete wit. If that is Tyson Fury, let it be Tyson Fury.’

Fury took to Instagram after the fight to confirm he wants to get in the ring with Joshua, commenting, ‘he got asked if he wants the fight and he went around the bushes. I want the fight. I was the fight next. I will knock him out inside three rounds!’ Watch the video here.

Earlier this year, the pair were due to fight but this has been delayed, so fingers crossed we get to see soon what has been dubbed the most anticipated fight in history.
