Marine Serre has unveiled its State of Soul collection for Spring/Summer 2023. The label reinvents classic silhouettes with an intimate lens and a refined colour palette of neutrals.

Continuing the tailoring trend, the wardrobe features regenerated fabrics as well as minimal and sharp cuts highlighted in the collection’s pieces. The label’s iconic Moon Diamant print can be seen stitched into what appear to be simple beige and ecru shirts in pointelle knits that create a beautiful knit pattern. The full ensemble includes matching wide-leg trousers that flow with movement, lending the collection a sense of tranquillity and leisure.

The tailored blazers, overcoats, and trousers exude formality thanks to the all-over Moon Diamant print. The collection is dominated by a neutral colour palette, but the dynamic pattern is the main attraction. The crescent shapes are a prominent motif throughout the collection, as seen on the micro crescent-shaped bags made from deadstock leather, newspaper boy caps, and single-breasted coats. Lilac adds a splash of colour to the collection with a relaxed knit two-piece feature.
