A highly anticipated collaboration has finally been released, combining luxury with warmth. The North Face and Gucci have unveiled their collection after teasing us back in September on Gucci’s Instagram with a series of trailers.
Ever wanted to match your bum bag to your ankle length skirt on your country walk? Gucci and The North Face have made your visions a reality with this 70s inspired collection that will find you nearly impossible to get lost on a mountain side.
The two brands have very distinct and recognisable apparel; Gucci is recognisable for floral prints and bold colours, and The North Face is renowned for thick, durable fabrics and textures. Unsurprisingly, the brands have stayed true to their reputation delivering us a collection that maintains these features which have been inspired by The North Face garms from the 70s. The partnership hasn’t spared us any details either, you can now hike up mountains in goose down skirts, bucket hats, puffer onesies and bib dresses.
You can complete your hillside look with matching sleeping bag and tent- hopefully in the summer we might see the pair at a festival. Accessories also include walking shoes, sunglasses and socks to name a few.
It seems this clothing drop has come at a perfect time when we all need it the most, with many of us still venturing to the outdoors for walks more than before. The collaboration is being dropped worldwide at separate times, with it being available from January 4th to 31st in London, before it goes site-wide on January 22nd.
