UK rapper Skepta has teased on Instagram this morning that he has new music to release this year. Taking to his Stories, he said that this new music will consist of ‘so many different styles, verses and beats.’
In true musician style, Skepta has given us insight to the production process, saying: ‘We threw it all together and stripped in down to 5 stand-alone singles for the world to enjoy. The E.P is called ‘ALL IN’’, and it will be with us once record producer Joshua Faulkner has completed mixing and mastering it.
The “Shutdown” star has revealed that this will be his final music project, before moving on to the next chapter of his life. Any guesses as to what this could be?
Skepta hasn’t been completely silent on the music scene though; he released album Insomnia in 2020 with Chip and Young Adz which followed his 2019 Ignorance is Bliss studio album. He also has featured on Slowthai’s “Cancelled” tune 4 months ago (read our article on it here), and JAE5’s “Dimensions” 3 months ago. Outside of music, the musician has built a strong presence in the fashion industry. His most notable partnership is with Nike and he’s recently released the new Nike x Skepta SK Air Max Tailwind 5 (read our article on it here).
